Answer
At the start of the telehealth visit, your browser will ask you to select a microphone. It's possible this window was closed before a microphone was selected. You may consider trying the following options:
- Please reconnect and make sure to select a microphone.
- Please check that your microphone is not on mute.
- Your mic input volume may be too low.
