Why can't I see anyone when I join the telehealth visit?


There are a variety of reasons why the telehealth visit may have failed to start. Please check the following:

  • Webcam/phone camera was not available.Please check that your webcam is connected.
  • Turn off any applications or browsers that may be using the webcam. For example, Skype or Photo Booth. 
  • Your browser will ask you to select a camera at the start of the visit. It's possible this window was closed before a camera was selected. Please reconnect and make sure to select a camera.

If these still do not work, please call Livecare Tech Support.
